Flathead County Sheriff's Office took a call from a construction foreman about a man sleeping in a house that is under construction in Tiebucker Subdivision. The man turned out to be the soon-to-be-owner of the home. He'll find another place to stay until the house is his.

A long day of listening to a neighbor's stereo prompted a call from a Nicholson Drive resident.

Threats were reported on Berne Road. Phone harassment was reported on East Lakeshore Drive. A man said his wife got a restraining order against him and now continues to contact him. Another man said his ex-wife is using his identity for utility services.

At the end of Buffalo Lane in Somers, a woman got out of a car to take pictures and didn't return. She said she got lost but found someone who gave her a ride back to the vehicle, where her mother was anxiously waiting. Also missing is a woman who was thought to have been held against her will by a man. The man said she hasn't been with him for a week and a half

On Plentywood Drive, $4,100 is missing.

A 15-year-old girl was reported out of control at a home on Shiloh Drive.

A door was forced open at a place on Zimmerman Road. A vehicle on Shady Lane was broken into. A break-in was reported at a home on Edgewood Drive in Whitefish.

A man who accidentally shot himself in the hand was treated at the hospital.

A caller wanted to complain about fast skiers on Big Mountain; he's concerned about someone getting hurt or killed.

Tools were stolen from a shop on Montana 206. Medication was stolen from a room on West Cottonwood Drive. Snowboards were taken from Fourth Avenue West North near Columbia Falls and from Lion Mountain Loop Road. A reciprocating saw was stolen from Ridge Run Drive.

A woman who is housesitting for another woman said neighbors have videotaped her and make her uncomfortable.
