Sherry Coan Hinzman, 70

Sherry Coan Hinzman, 70, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2005, at Brendan House in Kalispell.

Sherry was born April 5, 1935, in McCook, Neb., to Floyd and Noreen Sines Cahill. She was raised in Denver.

Sherry married Raymond Stanley Hinzman Sr. on Dec. 20, 1953.

She was a member of the Foster Grandparent Program, Central Christian Church and served on the board for Montana Human Resources.

She loved cooking, baking, stamping, sewing and especially loved doing things with her grandchildren.

She was a devout mother, wonderful provider and caregiver for her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother; husband; son, Rick; and one brother, Duane Cahill.

She is survived by two sons and their wives, Randy and Wanda Hinzman, and grandchildren, Dustin and Hannah, all of Kalispell; and David and Valerie Hinzman and grandchildren, Kamen, Kaulin, Kennedy, Karlee and Keely, all of Wichita, Kan.; brothers and sisters, Bill Cahill of Greeley, Colo., Laverne Morris of Valley Center, Kan., Lucky Cahill of Purlear, N.C., and Judy Bader of Olathe, Kan.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 2, at Central Christian Church in Kalispell. Urn burial will be in Wichita.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials in Sherry's name be sent to the Foster Grandparents Program, 110 Main St., Polson, MT 59860. Buffalo Hill Funeral Home and Crematory is caring for the family.
