Kalispell police are investigating a rash of vehicle break-ins reported Thursday morning. They were reported on Darling Drive, South Meadows Drive and Greatview Drive.

"You yelled and screamed." "No, you did." So went the exchange between drivers on Third Avenue West.

Possibly counterfeit checks were reported in town.

Two car seats were stolen and recovered at Kalispell Center Mall.

Two children reported missing from Woodland Park returned home safely.

An officer warned two people going through a trash container on Fourth Avenue West North that they'd have to stop.

An intoxicated man wasn't welcome at the Aero Inn. An assault and theft were reported at Samaritan House.

A youth was cited for being in Woodland Park at 3 a.m.

Attention, guy who stole two 18-packs of Bud Light at a convenience store Wednesday night: You were caught on camera.

A man who yelled at traffic at Underpass Hill and seemed to dare drivers to hit him agreed to stop doing that. A woman with a young boy was reported by a couple of people who were concerned that she kept falling as they walked. The woman's mother eventually gave them a ride.

A purse was taken from a vehicle on Sixth Avenue West.

It was a teenage boy with long curly hair, a green shirt and green cargo pants who was driving a moped that injured a woman Thursday. She was reportedly walking home from Walgreen's when he drove by and knocked a cane from her hand, making her fall. She went to the hospital.
