Flathead County Sheriff's Office dispatched rescuers to accidents overnight that involved drivers hitting a fence, a house, a telephone pole, and one another. At about 1:30 a.m., a van went through a fence on Lone Pine Road; the driver was stopped in Kalispell and was arrested. Minutes later, a woman who lost control around a corner on State Park Road ran into the side of a house. Whitefish ambulance and fire department responded. There was damage to the car and the house, but no one was hurt. The woman was arrested for DUI. Before dawn, another accident was reported near Majestic Valley Arena on U.S. 93, where a woman was arrested. A man was arrested for DUI after hitting a telephone pole and stretching it across the road on Conrad Drive.

Whitefish ambulance, Kalispell fire department's ambulance, Smith Valley fire department and Bigfork Fire & Medical all went to vehicle accidents without serious injuries.

Child Protective Services was notified after a young child called for help Wednesday night. He said he was baby-sitting a little sister, had no food, and was scared. He had called bars in Hungry Horse, looking for his mother, but couldn't find her. She returned home after midnight. A deputy was concerned about her condition and the welfare of the children.

Noise and driving complaints were made around the valley. On Kings Way, a resident said a neighbor's band was making so much noise, the family couldn't hear their own TV. The band agreed to tone down the tunes.

One of the people at a bonfire had a warrant for his arrest for contempt of court, but the jail was full and since there were no crimes committed, the party continued.

A man was suspicious of a vehicle parked outside on Dogwood Avenue at about 1 a.m.; it turned out to belong to one of his daughter's boyfriends, who wasn't supposed to be there that time of night.

A moose wasn't supposed to be at the Twin Acres Trailer Court, but it was. A game warden was notified.

Domestic problems were reported on Churmage Lane, on Bierney Creek Road, where a man was arrested on a warrant and for partner assault, and on Voerman Road, where a man who allegedly threatened to kill his family was arrested. A man reported threats from his mother-in-law.

An employee theft was reported by a business. A man allegedly took belongings from the woman who evicted him in Forest Acres. A theft was reported on Seville Lane. A cell phone was stolen on Somers Road and a wallet is missing on Stoner Creek Drive.

A rock slide was reported on U.S. 2 near West Glacier.
