Flathead County sheriff's deputies checked into what appeared to be a burglary at a home on Ardell Drive.

Dirt bike riders peeved a resident near U.S. 2 East for two reasons - the noise, and the unlikelihood that they had permission to be on the land where a furniture store is being built.

Drivers spinning brodies in a field on Stillwater Road are damaging a grain crop, a farm manager reported, and not doing much good for the grass in the yard.

Fish and Game was called after someone found a dead doe near Many Lakes, with its stomach cut open and the fawn removed and lying beside the doe.

Somebody apparently was trying to make a statement about drivers disobeying a stop sign at Kelly Road and Middle Road when they handcuffed and chained a juvenile to the sign. They were counseled.

A man was jailed after beating his girlfriend, then hitting two women.

Newly seeded grass along the new Helena Flats bike path was damaged when a mobile home moving company's truck drove on it.

Fern-gatherers at a home on the North Fork Road north of Columbia Falls were advised they were unwelcome. When they returned anyway, deputies advised them to leave.
