Delores M. Stickney, 73

Delores M. Stickney, 73, passed away May 21, 2005, at her daughter Patti's home in Valparaiso, Ind.

Delores was born to Ben and Agnes Bauman May 10, 1931, in Paynesville, Minn., where she grew up and went to school, graduating there in 1952.

In 1953 she married W. Clint Stickney in Paynesville, they lived in Kansas City and Seattle, but most of their life was spent on a small farm outside Kalispell, with their two daughters, Patti and Vicki.

Delores worked as a recovery room nurse in Kalispell for 17 years before retiring. She and Clint then moved to Thompson Falls.

Delores is survived by her husband, Clint, in Thompson Falls, Patti Jo of Valparaiso, , Vicki (Stickney) husband, Randy Melby, and son, Ryan of Seattle; and a sister, Bernette Helling of Paynesville, Minn.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. on June 18, at the First Presbyterian Church in Kalispell.
