Planning board to hear four subdivision items

Four more subdivisions and another Bigfork zone change come before the Flathead County Planning Board for public hearings tonight.
The specific agenda items include:
. The preliminary plat of Blech Estates, a 13-lot subdivision on 22.5 acres south of Montana 40 and east of Kinnikinnick Lane.
One lot would be for commercial use with the remainder being single-family residential. All lots would have multi-user water wells and individual septic systems.
. The preliminary plat of Country Meadows, a nine-lot single-family residential subdivision on 11 acres at 3360 Columbia Falls Stage Road.
All lots would have multi-user water wells and individual septic systems.
. The preliminary plat for Rose Ridge, a nine-lot subdivision and planned unit development on 25 acres located off Rose Crossing.
All lots would have individual wells and septic systems.
. The preliminary plat for Columbia Mountain View II, a five-lot single-family residential subdivision on 9.6 acres west of Montana 206 and north of Badrock Drive, off Lynnewood Drive.
All lots would have individual wells and septic systems.
. A zone change from SAG-10 suburban agricultural to R-1 suburban residential for 20 acres at 1055 Bigfork Stage Road.
The planning board meets in the second-floor conference room at the Earl Bennett Building in Kalispell, beginning at 6 p.m.
