Kalispell police had three or four reports Thursday of people racing motorcycles. Reports came from East Oregon Street and West Idaho Street.

Keys were stolen on Ponderosa Street. A Cadillac hood ornament was stolen on Main Street. A camera was stolen on Fourth Avenue West North.

Residents' attempt to burn some things in their yard on Sixth Avenue West North was unsuccessful, but they did learn about the city ordinance forbidding that kind of thing.

A parent reported that a man threatened his son at Albertsons.

After a noise complaint on Main Street, a man was charged with disorderly conduct. Police quieted a man on Liberty Street who yelled and beat on something.

A disagreement on Second Avenue East ended when a man left the company of a woman with whom he was disagreeing.

A report of a drunk driver began on Stillwater Road, west of town, where he reportedly drove into a ditch and became upset when someone tried to help him. He was found parked in the center of Three Mile Drive, slumped over the wheel, when he was arrested for DUI.

The boy seen hitchhiking on Airport Road looked like he was only about 9 years old, according to a witness. He was gone when officers arrived.

Repeated requests for a girl to stop calling him failing, a boy called police. Their parents will try to work it out.
