Lisa D. Swidler, 45

Lisa D. Swidler, 45, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2005.

Lisa was born on Nov. 20, 1959, in Milwaukee, Wis., to Byron and June Schuster Swidler. Lisa was raised in Milwaukee, where she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in fine arts. Lisa was an enlightened spirit who spent her life serving others.

She married Jert Smit in Bloemendall, Holland, Netherlands in 1994. They were married for 10 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Byron and June Swidler.

She is survived by her former husband, Jert Smit; two children, Alexander and Samantha; her stepmother, Fredrika Rodgers; brother, Steven Swidler and his wife, E1aine Kornitzky; nephew, Jordan; sisters, Debbie Beamont, and Bonni and her husband, David Stephenson; and grandmother, Lillian Schuster.

Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. today, June 26, at the Little Brown Church in Bigfork, with the Rev. Hal Curtiss officiating.

A trust fund for her children, Alexander and Samantha Smit is being established at a local bank. and will be announced later.
