Alarms

ALERT helicopter, Bigfork fire and medical, and Ferndale fire department went to a vehicle accident on Montana 209 Thursday. Extrication equipment was needed and one person suffered a head injury.

Kalispell fire department had five calls. No one was hurt in traffic crashes on Mennonite Church Road and on U.S. 93 near Target. Creston fire department also went to the former accident, which was a vehicle rollover.

Columbia Falls fir department went to a shed fire on Hodgson Road.

Smith Valley fire department went to a chimney fire on U.S. 2., to a controlled burn near Kila, and checked out an electrical smell on Wettington Drive.

Creston fire department checked out a controlled burn on Riverside Road.

Whitefish ambulance went to the skating rink for a jaw injury.
