Possible mob activity at the mall? A caller told Kalispell police that 20-30 people and three vehicles were chasing him and his girlfriend in the Kalispell Center Mall parking lot. He also reported his friend was assaulted.

Drinking and driving don't mix - and neither do drinking and bragging. After reportedly overhearing a man boasting that he was wasted and it was his 21st birthday, a caller near Seventh Avenue West and 12th Street West told police to be on the watch for a drunken driver

A neighbor at the Meridian Point Apartments complained about "excessive jumping on the floor and yelling" coming from upstairs. Police told the people upstairs they needed to keep their children under control.

A bookkeeper for a business called to say that someone had been fraudulently using the company's credit card.

Someone reported a theft from a room at the Blue and White. A 15-year-old girl was arrested on charges of shoplifting from Claire's in the Kalispell Center Mall.

Two drivers were said to be fighting after an accident on North Main Street.

A 14-year-old boy was arrested at Woodland Skate Park on charges of obstructing a peace officer. A 19-year-old man was arrested on U.S. 93 for allegedly possessing alcohol and driving without insurance. Two 15-year-olds and one 16-year-old were arrested on charges of possessing alcohol or intoxicants on Glacier Street.

On Hathaway Lane a 51-year-old man was arrested for alleged drunken driving and drunk driving per se.

Boys reportedly were not being good neighbors on Indian Trail. A caller said the boys had put dog feces in a paper bag on the caller's door step and then lit the bag on fire.

Police arrested a teenager on First Avenue East North for alleged disorderly conduct.
