O'Neil named to Big Sky cage team

Becky O'Neil, a sophomore center at Weber State, was named to the All-Big Sky Conference women's basketball team.

O'Neil, from Kalispell, ranks second on the WSU team in scoring at 13.4 points per game. She has missed just one start.

She is the conference leader in field goal percentage at 61.1 percent, which is ninth best nationally.

O'Neil is shooting 67.4 percent in Big Sky Conference games.

O'Neil scored a career-high 29 points in a victory at Idaho State. She has been in double digit scoring in 19 games this season, including her last 11 games, and 13 of the last 14.

She's seventh in the Big Sky scoring and 10th in rebounding.
