Kalispell police arrested a 43-year-old man for DUI after he reportedly crashed his car into another vehicle near the Woodland Park skate park. He and someone in the other vehicle were hurt.

Four motorcyclists were seen racing on Main Street.

A 21-year-old man was charged with partner assault at the Presbyterian Church.

Officers tried to find the woman who reported that she and her husband were verbally assaulted by someone over money owed; it turned out that the address was in Hungry Horse and not in town.

An out-of-control teenager was reported on First Avenue West North.

Spirit Quest Archery asked for an officer's help in removing an unwelcome person. The same thing happened at Smith's, where a man was twice asked to leave the restroom and didn't until officers arrived. A business reported suspicions about a man who asked to have a dryer delivered to Africa; he was using a credit card for the order.

On Rosewood Drive, the animal wardens removed cats left behind when a resident was evicted. Later, the resident returned to the home and was charged with obstructing an officer.

Flags were stolen and damaged at Juice 'N' Java stands.

A resident reported fraud, involving three $960 money orders from overseas that couldn't be cashed.

A woman was arrested on warrants after reporting an assault that happened last April.

A black Labrador that was tied to someone's car at the hospital parking lot was taken to the animal shelter.
