Flathead County Sheriff

Flathead County Sheriff's Office dispatched rescuers for an overnight search for a missing man Friday. He was found safe Saturday with a disabled vehicle.

Two men were seen taking a $5,000 blue, Banshee mountain bike at Cron Automotive. Minutes later, deputies stopped a car containing two men and a blue, Banshee mountain bike.

Friends were hard to find for a man who tried to buy beer at Town Pump in Evergreen. When the clerk refused to sell it to him, he threw the beer on the floor and ran. His friends, in a vehicle outside, refused to let him in, so he left on foot.
