Flathead County sheriff

A Middle Road resident reported an "ongoing problem" with a neighbor who, despite numerous warnings, continues to drive across the reporting party's property to reach his own home. A Flathead County sheriff's deputy was sent to investigate possible trespassing offenses.

There was a disturbance reported Saturday evening on Somers Road, involving a man trying to break into his girlfriend's home.

Montana Highway Patrol assisted an elderly man who appeared to be drunk by giving him a ride from the Montana 35 Flathead River bridge to Kmart. Less than a couple hours later, sheriff's dispatchers received a report that the same man had apparently stolen two blankets from a vendor who was selling goods in the Kmart area.

A man was detained at Shopko for shoplifting Saturday night.

A guitar was reported stolen from a Conrad Drive residence Sunday morning.

There was a report of a snowboard being stolen at Big Mountain Sunday morning.
