| May 2, 2005 1:00 AM

The owner of an apartment building on Liberty Street called Kalispell police Saturday afternoon to report she was concerned about beer cans found in the bushes near her building. She said that one of her residents has been picking up cans there for almost a year, and since she doesn'd5t think any of her tenants are responsible for leaving the trash, she is worried about a possible Peeping Tom.

A noise complaint late Saturday night on Seventh Avenue EN ended with six juveniles and two adults arrested on possession of alcohol or intoxicant. One of the juveniles was also charged with criminal mischief.

Police were called to an ATM machine on U.S. 93 South Sunday morning by a man who said that when he went to withdraw $100, the machine first dispensed the money, but then sucked it right back up before it could be removed. The ATM then printed out a receipt which stated, 'd2Transaction complete.'d3 The man was advised to complain to his bank.
