Robert Donald Mast, 42, was killed in a dispute at his property in Eureka, on April 30, 2005.

Robert was born Oct. 19, 1962, in Salt Lake City, the youngest of two children born to Lee Donald Mast and Gaye LeFevre Mast. Robert attended schools in Salt Lake City, graduating from Cottonwood High School in Holiday.

Robert was a well-admired contractor and dabbled in lots of other professions. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, loved the outdoors and everything that went with it. He loved all animals and you could tell by the menagerie he had, horses, dogs, iguanas, bobcats, foxes, alligators and snakes. He moved to Montana with his dad in 1990, and helped him build his house, all the while he was building his own home in Bigfork.

Robert is survived by many friends and relatives who will miss his smiling face very much.

Robert is survived by his parents of Bigfork; two sons, Robbie and Cody Mast, who loved their father very much and will also miss all the adventures they went on together. He is also survived by a sister, Tammy Mast Adams and her husband, Steve, of Bigfork; nephew, Tyson Christensen of Bigfork; uncle, Frank LeFevre and wife, Kathy of Holiday, Utah; aunts, Jan Romano of Bigfork, and Audrey Oser and husband, Gene, of Holiday; and many cousins and friends.

"We also want to thank all of his friends in Eureka for their support and kindness."

Bigfork Funeral Home is caring for the family.
