Samuel Thomas Wagers, 71

Samuel Thomas Wagers, 71, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2005, at his home in Kalispell. He was born on Sept. 1, 1933, at Harlan, Ky., the son of Ben and Lucy (Smallwood) Wagers.

Thomas spent most of his life in New Albany, Ind. He owned and operated an industrial laundry. Before he became a member of New Life Church in Kalispell, he was a longtime member of Greater Bethel Temple in Louisville, Ky.

Samuel is survived by his wife, Roseann Wagers, of Kalispell; and two daughters, Lora Wagers of Bloomington, Ind., and Leslie Wagers Schickel of Indianapolis.

Graveside services will be private by the family. There is no visitation.

The family suggests that any memorial contributions be sent to Grace Hospice, 1111 S. Main, Kalispell, MT 59901; or to the American Diabetes Association, 3203 Third Ave. N., Suite 203, Billings, MT 59101-1945.
