Planning board OKs four items

In its easiest meeting of the year so far, the Flathead County Planning Board approved all four agenda items on Wednesday, including:

. The preliminary plat for Hidden Meadows No. 2, a nine-lot single-family residential subdivision on 236 acres at 9650 and 9830 Lost Prairie Road, west of Kalispell.

. A zone change from AG-40 to SAG-10 for 177 acres located just north of Schrade Road, between Bowdish Road and Whitefish Stage Road.

. The resubdivision of Lot 1 in Strong Estates, which would create two single-family lots on 3.75 acres at 1000 Strong Lane near Columbia Falls.

. A one-lot split of Lot 4 in Whistlin' Acres, which would create two single-family lots on 8.6 acres located at 6022 Whistlin' Drive.
