Flathead County Sheriff's Office reported that after a complaint of a man who hung around all day, talking to himself and frightening customers at Woody's, a man was arrested for trespass. There were allegations of shooting and trespassing on Middle Road. No one was hurt. Lawyers will be called.

A woman reported that another woman harasses her and her kids at school and at home.

A report of sexual assault is under investigation.

It happened on Peaceful Drive, where a resident put up no-trespassing signs and then witnessed a neighbor rip them down.

A stray dog bit a 5-year-old boy on State Park Road. Someone killed the dog. The animal warden responded. A man found an injured hawk in his front yard Thursday at Country Estates.

A threatening call was reported on U.S. 2, west of Kalispell.

A boy was hit in the neck by an arrow in his yard on Shady Lane. He didn't need medical attention.

A couple separated for the night after a disturbance at LaSalle Campground.

There will be extra patrol on West Valley Drive after a complaint of five or six motorcyclists racing there. On South Cedar Drive, the complaint was a neighbor's driving and the ensuing noise and spraying rocks.

The first call to Helena Flats Road late Thursday night was just a request for someone named Allen. On the second call from the same number, no one would talk. The third call was a gale of giggles. The callers agreed to not do it again and said it was an accident. A former roommate is the suspect in harassing calls in Kila.

The transient peering into parked vehicles at Wal-Mart was described as looking "like he is 105 years old." Methusulah was told to move on.

A brother was arrested on Bear Trail for family-member assault.

A purse was stolen from a vehicle at Mike's Conoco in Hungry Horse. A wallet and cell phone were stolen from a lunch box at a job site near Bigfork. A motorcycle was stolen in Hungry Horse.

Help was sent for a man who locked himself inside a storage unit on U.S. 2, west of town. A man who didn't report the theft of his boat on Lake McDonald last summer now thinks it's for sale at a sporting-goods store.

A woman hid in the bathroom of a home near Columbia Falls to call for help. She said some men picked her up in Kalispell and were supposed to take her to Evergreen, but they took her to Columbia Falls at 2 a.m., instead. When officers responded, she preferred sobering up to filing charges. She was unhurt.

At a job site on Morrison Road, a crew came in and started working without the contractor's permission. There was an accident and the property was damaged, he said.
