Whitefish police

Whitefish police cited about 15 people downtown for having open containers of alcohol. Monday night. One person got bonus charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer. He reportedly tried to run when confronted about the open container.

A man was arrested for DUI and disorderly conduct behind the Great Northern Bar. He was reportedly involved in a fight in the jail, but no one was seriously hurt.

A woman was arrested for DUI and having an open alcohol container on JP Road.

Tires were slashed behind the liquor store.
