Flathead County Sheriffs Office took a report of harassing phone calls on South Woodland Drive. Smart-aleck kids were heard in the background of a call to 911 from Smith Lake Road, where the caller hung up when a dispatcher answered.

No one was hurt when a vehicle rolled near Abbott Bay. There was an injury on Rogers Lake Road, where a vehicle was found on its side; Marion ambulance and Smith Valley Fire Department were called.

There was trespassing and unsafe shooting on Columbia Falls Aluminum Co. property.

The term soda jerk may have been invented to describe the man who deliberately threw a pop can at a vehicle on Whitefish Stage Road.

A man was arrested after domestic abuse was reported on Tamarack Lane; he allegedly hit a woman in the face with his fist. In Hungry Horse, another man allegedly hit a woman.

A man was arrested after allegedly biting and beating a woman on Pioneer Road. Another couples dispute in a vehicle on Harmony Lane turned out to be just verbal. On U.S. 2 near Columbia Falls, a woman reported that her husbands lover has threatened to kill her. That matter was revisited by deputies after a second report from the woman later.

At Gospel Baptist Church, a report of two men with pistols turned out to be children playing with toy guns.

A mans hitchhiking technique on U.S. 93 involved wearing a blanket or something over his head and jumping out into the traffic lane.

A burglary at Rocky Mountain Contractors is under investigation. Nothing seemed to be missing. Thefts from vehicles were reported on Montana 35 and on Garden Drive.

A man aroused suspicion by going repeatedly to a home on Thompson Lane, supposedly looking for his dog, but wanting to talk to a 14-year-old girl there.

On Springcreek Road, a resident asked Evergreen Fire Department to free a cat that had been up a tree for four days.
