Kalispell police

took reports of purses stolen from a vehicle at the Outlaw Inn and from a church on Seventh Avenue West. A snowboard was stolen from the back of a truck on Appleway Drive.

A man at Mackenzie River Pizza grabbed a plate and sandwiches and sprinted across U.S. 93, causing concern from witnesses who thought he was intoxicated and could be struck by a vehicle.

On Fourth Avenue East, a man who was reportedly found peeping in a window was arrested for surreptitious observation. Drug paraphernalia he allegedly had with him brought a bonus charge.

There was a disturbance at Scoreboard Bar, where no one involved wanted to press charges.
