A theft of medication in the Wal-Mart parking lot was reported to Flathead County Sheriff's Office Friday afternoon.

Two hours later, a miniature poodle was stolen from a vehicle in the same parking lot.

There was a report of illegal firewood-cutting behind a gated road Friday evening in the Coram area.

Suspicious noises on a ranch near U.S. 2 East in Columbia Falls turned out to be a bear and three cubs.

Late Friday night a woman reported that several youths had egged her house on Mission Trail.

A woman on Plummers Lake Drive reported that someone came through the dog run gate on her property and shined a flashlight into the house at her cat.

There was a report of three people - two of them bleeding badly from an accident - walking into a service station near U.S. 2 West in Columbia Falls. They were gone when officers arrived.

A checkbook was reported stolen in Marion.
