Kalispell police

Kalispell police investigated a collision between a vehicle and a child on a bicycle at the intersection of Kelly and South Woodland Drive. Kalispell and South Kalispell fire departments were called, and the child was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The teenage driver was not found to be at fault and was issued no citations.

There were two reports of youths riding on a moving blue Volvo. The first came from near Peterson School; the second was on Main Street. One witness got a license plate number.

Golf clubs were stolen at Buffalo Hills Golf Course. A wedding ring is missing on Liberty Street. A wallet was relocated from its rightful place inside a vehicle on Sixth Avenue West. Seven silver bars have disappeared from a safe inside a home.

Officers counseled young people who were posturing for a fight on Fourth Avenue West. Neither of the men who fought at Samaritan House wanted to file a complaint.

A 14-year-old girl was arrested on a probation violation.

A girl complained that her friend's mother calls and harasses her. The mother said she doesn't approve of the relationship.
