Flathead County sheriff'd5s deputies charged a man with partner and family-member assault after a day of drinking led to him swinging a machete in a home on Hoffman Draw.

A Taser was deployed twice as deputies tried to stop a boy running from a party on Gordon Avenue. He was wanted on a Columbia Falls warrant, and was charged with being a minor in possession.

A dog owner was cited after three 'd2wolf-looking'd3 dogs entered a yard and injured a Happy Valley resident'd5s dog Saturday.

A man and woman flailing their arms, hollering and kicking construction cones on Montana 35 East prompted a phone call to the sheriff'd5s office.

A woman in a house at some distance from a parked 'd557 Chevy said she could hear the loud music and 'd2ridiculous'd3 swearing, and she and her children were offended by the language. The behavior would stop, deputies assured her.
