| September 21, 2005 1:00 AM

A man called Kalispell police from Fifth Avenue East, saying a man had sneaked into his daughter's bedroom and was hiding in a closet. Sure enough, an officer hauled out the young man and charged him with underage possession of alcohol.

A man with three warrants for his arrest from other jurisdictions was arrested at Super 8 motel.

Items were stolen from vehicles at Gateway West Mall.

On First Avenue East North, a resident saw two boys spray-paint his garage.

On Eighth Street West, a woman threatened to poke out another woman's eye.

After a traffic stop on Seventh Avenue West, a man was charged with DUI, possession of drugs and almost enough traffic violations to make a royal flush.

A resident reported someone using a debit card without permission.

On Second Avenue East, a woman said a black Labrador-cross bared its teeth, barked and acted aggressive when she tried to leave her house.
