Kalispell police

Kalispell police charged a man with arson after he allegedly set a small fire at Pathways Treatment Center. Staff at the facility put out the fire with extinguishers. Damage was minor, and the Kalispell Fire Department checked the walls and ceiling to make sure no danger was lurking.

A woman who said she was sexually assaulted by a co-worker Tuesday called to report it Thursday night, but didn't come in to write a statement, as she said she would.

Threats were reported on South Meadows Drive.

A woman was arrested for DUI on Second Avenue East. A driver was charged with DUI on West Reserve Drive and U.S. 93, after someone reported the vehicle going the wrong way in traffic and drifting from ditch to ditch. A man was arrested for DUI on Second Avenue East.

A stereo was stolen from a Jeep at Target.

A resident on Nicklaus Drive complained about a loud, vulgar man Thursday night. After a second call, a deputy arrested him for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
