Ronald J. Carr, 61

Ronald J. Carr, 61, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2005, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center in Kalispell.

Ron was born on March 10, 1944, in Whitesulphur Springs, W.Va., to James and Arlene Cassman Carr.

He did four tours of duty in Vietnam with the U.S. Navy.

Ron was very proud of his bachelor of art degree from Cal State Fullerton and had worked as a real estate broker in Truckee, Calif., and a real estate appraiser in Salem, Ore.

He married Barbara Frawley in 1967, in Las Vegas. He loved to travel, reading, gardening, playing poker in Reno, and truly loved animals.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of Kalispell; a daughter, Heidi Carr; and a son and his wife, Robert and Dana Carr.

Graveside military honors will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, at Glacier Memorial Gardens in Kalispell.
