Kalispell police

"A very small boy with a very long face" was found by Kalispell police Thursday afternoon when he missed his bus to daycare from school. The school made arrangements for the 5-year-old boy to reach his destination.

An officer warned a man with spiked hair that it was time to stop harassing people at a business on North Main Street. Another man who acted strangely at a group home on Fourth Avenue West was escorted out by administrators. Police contacted a suspect for a similar warning, but the man denied he had been at the home.

A business doing a background check on a potential employee found she is wanted on a felony warrant. Police were notified.

A disturbance on Liberty Street was about parenting. An argument between two sisters was aired in the parking lot of Stageline Pizza.

A man who allegedly took a car without permission decided to give it up when police gave chase; he fled on foot.
