Boy dies in four-wheeler accident

A 6-year-old boy reportedly died in a four-wheeler accident in West Valley on Friday afternoon.

Flathead County Sheriff's deputy coroner Dave Leib said the vehicle flipped over onto the boy on Mountain Meadow Road. The boy was riding the vehicle a short distance from his house to his grandfather's home when it went up a snowbank and tipped over onto him, Leib said.

The child's name was not immediately released.
