Also surviving are his maternal grandparents, Paul and Barbara Crosby, of Kalispell; his paternal grandfather, Gene Ricks, and wife, Barbara, of Kalispell; his paternal grandmother, Mary Cornett, and husband, Earl, of Colfax, Calif.; and his great-grandfather Victor Rinella of Kalispell.

Other survivors include his aunts and uncles: Paul Crosby and wife, Ellen, Renee' (Crosby) Hart, David Crosby and wife, Yvonne, all of Kalispell; Kevin Ricks and wife, Kathy, of California; Robert Ricks and wife, Becky, of Nebraska; Kathy Cavier and husband, Don, of California; and Robert Cappell and wife, Michelle, of Arizona.

He is survived by 13 cousins: Justine and Melissa Crosby; Brandon Inhofer; Kylee Hart; Justin, Lauren, Spencer and Jeremiah Ricks; Jessica and Kayla Kostner; Alyssa and Conner Ricks; and Paige Cavier; as well as many other extended relatives.

Funeral services for Andrew will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2006, at the Glacier Mountain Fellowship Church, 4043 U.S. 93 S., with Pastor Noe Gomez officiating.

There will be a private family committal at the C.E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. today, April 10, 2006, in the Johnson Mortuary Chapel.

The family suggests donations be made to the Glacier Mountain Fellowship on Andrew's behalf.
