Flathead County sheriff's deputies

| April 15, 2006 1:00 AM

Flathead County sheriff's deputies went to Abbott Bay Friday evening where somebody found a pipe bomb left next to his vehicle. It was taken safely to the county shop.

A tobacco buy went south when the clerk confiscated the girl's fake ID and called her mom.

An unlocked back door led to vandalism in a house on Eckleberry Drive.

Deputies could take no action about a reported drug deal in Hungry Horse because the reporting party was anonymous.

They're a neighbor's cows, but they keep coming onto a woman's property on Managhan Lane.

It's a problem she wants stopped, but state livestock officials say there is nothing they can do about it.

An ongoing neighbor dispute prompted one Egan Slough Road resident to suspect his neighbor stole his gate.
