Ramon Earle Dille, 71

Ramon Earle Dille, 71, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2006, at Brendan House in Kalispell. Ramon was born Aug. 8, 1934, in Alberta, the son of Charles Earle and Veronica Dille. He graduated from Missoula County High School in 1952.

Ramon married Phyllis Stewart in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, on Dec. 12, 1955. After living in Montana most of their lives, they moved to Wyoming in 1980 where he started a 22-year career at Cowboy Timber Treating in Manderson until he retired in 2002.

Ramon loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed being on the dart league for several years.

In 2005, Ramon moved to Kalispell to be with family and be back in the Rocky Mountains that he loved.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Ramon was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Phyllis; brother, Chester; and sisters, Eloise, Della and Marilyn.

He is survived by his four children, Juanita and Ken Howard of Marion, Stuart and Elizabeth Dille of Phoenix, Vernon and Jenean Dille of Port Angeles, Wash., and Charlie and Darin Dille of Chicago; one brother, Larry, of Hayden Lake, Idaho; two sisters, Ramona of Hayden Lake, and Claudia of Kalispell; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Per the family's request, private services will be held Thursday, April 20. Buffalo Hill Funeral Home is caring for the family.
