William Kevin 'Bill' Dean, 54

| April 27, 2006 1:00 AM

"It is with profound grief that we announce the sudden death of our dear father, brother, and friend, Bill," on April 23, 2006, at the age of 54 years, in a motorcycle accident near his home.

Predeceased by his parents, Benn and Irene, and sister, Elizabeth, Bill is survived by his loving son, William Kevin Jr. "JR"; sister, Dana; and brothers, Bryan, Terry and Robin.

The third of six children, Bill was born Jan. 28, 1952, in Revelstoke, British Columbia. He spent much of his adult life in Montana, where he was active in the community, including the building of the North Valley Baptist Church, and he recently became a U.S. citizen.

Bill was a true character. From an early age, he was full of life and never hesitated to go after his dreams wherever they took him. He spoke his mind and always had an interesting and colorful story to tell.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 29, at North Valley Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the North Valley Baptist Church Building Fund.

"Bill, you will be greatly missed and never forgotten."
