A skateboarder was hit and hurt in a traffic accident Sunday afternoon on U.S. 93. A host of emergency agencies responded and took the patient to the hospital. A pedestrian also was hit on U.S. 93 in Somers.

There were complaints about a traffic-blocking concession stand and a dog-napping on Sunset Drive. The dog was returned and the concession stand was to be moved.

A woman asked for help in removing her daughter from her home on Sleepy Hollow Road.
