One or two bears showed up in a Half Moon Road yard

and were scared away by a person pounding on a pan Saturday afternoon, the Flathead County Sheriff's Office reported.

A person was arrested and another was taken to North Valley Hospital with minor injuries Saturday evening because of a fight in Hungry Horse. Additional details were not available.

Someone broke into a car on Trumble Creek Road and stole a computer and wallet early Sunday morning.
