Hostilities over parking spot
The Flathead County Sheriff's Office dealt with hostilities between neighbors. On Montana 35, the dispute was about snow in a parking spot. On North Somers Road, a resident complained about a neighbor's snow-blowing and the appearance of rocks and dog feces on her property.
A mother wanted her son removed from a home in Marion. A deputy counseled the family.
Trees were cut without permission on Winterhawk Drive.
Reports of neglected cattle and horses are under investigation.
A resident on East Oregon Street reported that twice in three months, his brake lines have been cut. An officer found a mechanical failure to blame.
No one was seriously hurt in rollover accident on Torto Loop, on U.S. 93, north of Whitefish and on Foy's Lake Road.
A deputy checked out a report of a large ice floe in the river near Leisure Drive. He found it is, indeed, 100 yards long, but was not disrupting water flow.
A woman was arrested on Eastman Drive after a report that she threw things and tried to hit a man. A student reportedly hit a teacher at Turtle Bay School.
