is looking for a man who didn't show up for his sentencing Thursday. A judge issued a warrant with a $25,000 bond for his arrest.

Among the many accident reports was a vehicle that hit a pole near the White Oak Mart. No one was hurt and the pole corpse was removed from the highway.

Someone's well erupted in Evergreen. A gas line also broke on East Bowman Drive.

There were three calls about a woman and her child who were left by a man at a job site and had a long way to walk home. A driver who gave them a ride part-way home called later to ask if they were safe. Later, the woman called to say the man had arrived at the house and she was hiding in the basement. The man was arrested.

Threatening calls were reported on Collier Lane.
