Kalispell police

| December 14, 2006 1:00 AM

Kalispell police were busy with people who didn't get along. A man said his ex-roommate ripped his cell phone out of his hands and tried to steal his bed on Fifth Avenue East. A girl reported that her 14-year-old brother threw an apple at her on Second Street West.

The wall-banging and screaming that happened on Eighth Avenue West was just the noise of children playing.

Prescription drugs were stolen from a home on First Avenue East North and from a room at Aero Inn.

A woman was arrested for DUI on South Meridian Road.

An unwelcome man wouldn't leave a day care on South Meridian Road. An unwelcome husband didn't want to leave on Liberty Street, either.

Two men fought at the Bulldog. Two women and a man argued on College Avenue.

It was sage, not marijuana, being burned on First Street East.

An internal theft at a business was reported.

Possibly the strangest explanation for an unintended 911 call was reported Wednesday, when an iguana reportedly stepped on a phone.

A man was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer at Ray of Hope.

There were numerous accident reports Wednesday morning, tapering off as ice on the roads melted in the afternoon, and beginning again in the evening.
