Flathead County Sheriff's Department

| December 17, 2006 1:00 AM

The line went dead after her friend screamed that her dad was hitting her, so the girl called the Flathead County Sheriff's Department. A man and a woman were arrested in the incident.

A man on Two Mile Drive said he received a stolen motorcycle from his son-in-law.

A woman followed the pickup loaded with what she believed to be her stolen property. She said when the alleged thieves saw her tailing them, they cut her camper shell loose; it landed in the road. The snowmobile in the back of the pickup turned out not to be hers, however; she later found her snowmobile at home.

During a fight in the Blue Moon parking lot, a woman threw a beer bottle at her companion; it missed him but busted the window of a nearby car.

An intoxicated driver reportedly ate meth and was taken to the hospital before going to jail.

An intoxicated Martin City woman said another woman had assaulted her. She refused medical help and promised to call back when she was sober.

A married couple was arrested for partner/family member assault when they couldn't resolve their differences at home. In Coram, a man reported his ex-girlfriend had threatened to burn his house down.

Three deer carcasses were discovered in trash bins in Kila.
