Catie Costa scored seven of her game-high 11 points in the final half to help the Flathead JV down Stillwater Christian School's varsity 35-20 Monday at SCS.
The Flathead JV outscored Stillwater 21-12 in the final half of the basketball game.
Dana Topp and Megan Fraser led Stillwater offensively with four points each.
"We had a difficult time putting the ball in the basket," said Stillwater coach Paula Myer.
"Again, free throws and turnovers were our weakness. We did some good things on defense, but just need to step up our offense and put the ball in the basket more."
Stillwater (4-3) tallied only eight points in the first half. The Lady Cougars had a dreadful night at the free throw line, sinking just two of 22 shots.
Emma Miller pulled down 14 rebounds for Stillwater, 11 coming on the defensive end.
Amanda Nichols had four steals.
Stillwater hosts Clark Fork on Jan. 4.
