Doris Evelyn Richards, 91

Doris Evelyn Richards, 91, passed away Dec. 25, 2006, in Pocatello, Idaho.

Doris was born April 10, 1915, to John and Mary James Meikle in Harrison, Idaho. Although her family moved many times, she spent many years in the Spokane Valley of Washington.

On June 30, 1935, she married William Richards in Whitehall. He preceded her in death in 1980 in Kalispell. They had three children. In 1986, she married Irvin Miller. They later were divorced.

For many years, she was an active member of the Northridge Heights Church of God. She enjoyed the out-of-doors, traveling, painting and crafts. Most of all, she loved being with her family and many friends.

Doris is survived by one son, Ron, and wife, Anita Richards, of Seeley Lake; one daughter, Donna, and husband, Loren Braun, of Pocatello, Idaho. One son preceded her in death. Doris has nine living grandchildren. Two preceded her in death. Also surviving are her 16 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.

She will be remembered with love and affection by all.

Funeral services for Doris will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be afterward at Glacier Memorial Gardens.
