Kalispell Police took a call from a woman who said her foot was jammed in a door by her roommate, who wouldn't release her. An officer counseled them.

On College Avenue, a man said he was walking a woman into her residence Wednesday when a man opened the door and punched him, and then dragged the woman inside.

A suspicious noise at Birchwood Court was traced to a Christmas wreath hitting a door in the wind.

Hospital workers were doubtful when a man appeared at 3 a.m., saying he was soliciting money for a fund-raiser.

A man was arrested for DUI on Main and Idaho Streets; a woman was arrested for DUI on U.S. 93 South.

A sister wouldn't leave a home on Sixth Avenue West. A man was informed that the hay he has been sleeping in near Murdoch's Ranch and Home Supply can no longer be considered his home. Officers checked on a man who is living in his vehicle on West Idaho Street and found that he is fine.

Threats were reported on Fourth Street West.

A report of a sexual assault is under investigation.

Two teenage girls were charged with alcohol possession on Fourth Street West. At Michael's convenience store, an under-age man was arrested for obstructing an officer and trying to buy alcohol. There was later concern about another man who appeared to be intoxicated at the same place; he was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. A companion was arrested on a warrant.

Rifles were taken from a vehicle at Gateway West Mall. A credit-card statement is missing from a table on Third Avenue West.

Two men in white masks taunted pedestrians with their vehicle outside Kalispell Center Mall.

In a report befitting country music lyrics, a man said a woman took his Ford Focus, but now she won't take his calls.
