took a report that someone tried to pry open the trunk and driver's door of a vehicle at Mark Weed Auto Sales.

CDs and a case were stolen from a vehicle on Rock Drive, and items were taken from vehicles on Springcreek Drive, Mountain View Drive and White Birch Lane.

A boy was cited for tobacco possession at Evergreen Junior High School.

Forgery was reported in Whitefish. A check reportedly was stolen from mail on Pine Grove Lane.

A domestic disturbance was reported on Farm to Market Road. Another woman reported that a man threatened to kill her.

A deputy counseled a family on Stoner Creek Road, where a 10-year-old boy reportedly threw things around the house and left with a baseball bat to break windows out of another residence.

A 13-year-old girl on Shady Lane wouldn't unlock the door or come outside when a parent asked her to. An ungovernable 19-year-old man was reported on Ridgewood Drive. Another young man reportedly spat all over a house and punched a wall on Shadow Lane. Another domestic disturbance was reported on Wildebeest Lane.

Tools were reported stolen at Town Pump near the Blue Moon.

Two vehicle accidents at Ashley Lake caused no injuries, but they backed up traffic.

No one was hurt when a cement truck rolled over near Bierney Creek Road.
