Kalispell police

took a report that a mother allegedly beat her son at the hospital after he underwent surgery.

A man on Fifth Street East was arrested for his second DUI on Tuesday night.

On U.S. 93, a woman complained that the driver of another car wouldn't let her change lanes and the two girls inside the territorial vehicle made faces at her. Using the license plate number, police were able to track down the owner of the girls' car, and she said she would deal with their behavior.

The fight at Sawbuck's involved a man who was injured when another man broke a beer bottle over his head. No one wanted to file charges, though.

In an apartment above Syke's and on Liberty Street, screaming couples attracted law enforcement and then decided to separate for the night.
