helped round up a loose horse and mule and left them with a friend of the people who apparently lost the animals Saturday.

A 13-year-old girl was assaulted on Spruce Drive, but was not hurt.

A saddle was stolen.

Early on Sunday, a stubborn black cow had to be moved from U.S. 93 at Lakeside. Deputies had radio stations broadcast calls for the owner.

An injured deer was found in an outer Kalispell yard. It was killed with the meat to be sent to the food bank.

A loose horse was found on Armory Road.
