Creston Rural Fire Department

Creston Rural Fire Department responded to a report Friday night of a red Chevy Colorado taking out some mailboxes on Lake Loop.

A man was reportedly slouched in the vehicle and had possibly been drinking.

He was gone when responders arrived on the scene.

The South Kalispell Fire Department put out a chimney fire on Green Tree Drive at 9 p.m. Friday.
