A resident near Leisure Island is concerned about out-of-state drivers going there. What concerned her Sunday was that one driver used his blinker when he turned in and that typically doesn't happen.

A resident who has been gone for four months was suspicious that his electric bill shot up from $40 to $200. Officers found that the house is secure, complete with cobwebs around the doorway, indicating no power pirates had intruded.

It was nearly midnight when a man reportedly stopped his vehicle in the middle of Farm to Market Road and staggered around outside. A caller said he then drove very slowly on the wrong side of the street and then got stuck in a ditch. He was arrested.

A theft of tools was reported on Kienas Road. Drugs were stolen from a home on South Cedar Drive.

For the second time, someone glued shut a door lock on Grand Avenue.
