Whitefish police charged two 17-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy for possession of alcohol and drug paraphernalia. At about 1 a.m. Thursday, a car was found in the middle of O'Brien, blocking traffic in both lanes. The three boys reported ran out to the car and jumped in it, and then sped off. An officer stopped them and reportedly found alcohol and marijuana pipes in the car.

A woman's suspicions were aroused when a driver in the lane next to her car looked at her and then turned at the same intersection as she did. She drove straight to the Police Department to report it.

Teens reportedly yelled obscenities at neighbors on Columbia Avenue.
